We are very pleased to announce that as of July 10, 2011, at Cafe Presse and Le Pichet, all our beef will be 100% grass fed, no antibiotics, no hormone beef from Northwest Grass Fed Beef. Northwest Grass Fed Beef is a cooperative of ranchers from Washington and Idaho who range raise all their cattle using traditional methods with no grain feeding and no time spent in feed lots. We believe that natural grass fed beef is not only healthier and better for the environment, but also yields beef that is much more like that one finds in France. Although we have served natural, hormone and antibiotic free beef for years, this is the first time that we have been able to offer all grass fed beef. We hope you will come by and give it a try.
